  1. If the shipment reaches your destination without a response from you, it will be returned to the origin. In such cases, only the product cost (and applicable customs charges) will be refunded. Shipping charges (Approx. 20% of the paid amount) are non-refundable.

  2. Upon receiving the shipment, if you discover any missing or incomplete products, you must notify us within 5 days. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 days (for North-East States / J&K / Ladakh / Andaman & nicobar Islands) or 10 days (for the rest of India) from the purchase date, please contact us. Concerns received beyond this timeframe may not be accepted.

  3. In the unlikely event that the shipment may be returned to the origin due to incomplete / Wrong address of the consignee, Customer refused to accept. Then we may refund only the product cost, Shipping charges (Approx. 20% of the paid amount) are non-refundable.

  4. Rarely, delivery may be delayed due to:

    • Inclement weather
    • Flight delays
    • National holidays or festivals
    • Customs clearance procedures
    • Other unforeseen circumstances

    Refund policy:

    • In the event of approved refund, it will be credited back to the original payment source within 48 to 72 hours, excluding bank holidays.

    • Returned books must be in original condition; torn, damaged books post-delivery will not be accepted.
    • Gift cards and downloadable products are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
