Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 72 hours (Handling time), excluding Sundays and public holidays.
The estimated delivery timeline is handling time + 4 to 20 business days, depending on the destination country.

For reference:

  • India to the United Kingdom: 3–7 days

  • India to the United States: 7–15 days

  • India to Australia: 7–18 days

These are estimated transit times and may vary based on location and customs procedures. Generally, orders arrive within the specified timeframe.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details.
If you do not receive this email, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
This confirmation email is necessary for you to receive further updates, including shipment and tracking details.


Important Notes

  • If a shipment reaches its destination but remains unclaimed or undelivered due to lack of response from the customer, it will be returned to the origin. In such cases, only the product cost (minus applicable customs duties) will be refunded. Shipping charges (approximately 40% of the total paid amount) are non-refundable.

  • If your shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the customer refuses delivery, only the product cost will be refunded. In these cases, shipping charges (approximately 40%) are non-refundable.

  • Upon receiving your order, if any item is missing or incomplete, please notify us within 5 days of delivery.

  • If your order has not arrived within 30 days from the purchase date, please contact us.
    Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order:

  • Before shipment creation or processing: A full refund will be issued.

  • After shipment creation or courier pickup: The order cannot be canceled or refunded.
