If a shipment reaches its destination but remains unclaimed or undelivered due to lack of response from the customer, it will be returned to the origin. At Booksadora, we are committed to delivering products that match their description, images, and quality expectations. Should you receive an item that does not meet these standards, we will promptly offer a refund or replacement.
Return and exchange requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.
Products must be returned in their original condition, with packaging intact, including all accompanying items (bookmarks, inserts, or promotional materials).
There are two ways to return or exchange products:
a) Complimentary Pick-Up Service:
Available in select international locations.
Once your return/exchange request is approved, you may schedule a pick-up for the product.
b) Self-Ship:
For locations where pick-up service is unavailable, customers must ship the product back to our warehouse using a trackable method.
We will provide a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) and the warehouse address upon approval.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on banking and international processing times.
