Delivery is estimated to take Handling time + 5 to 7 days for standard COD, Handling time + 3 to 5 days for prepaid standard delivery, and Handling time + 1 to 2 days for prepaid AIR/Expedited delivery. Upon placing an order, you should receive an email confirming your order details. If you don't receive this email, we recommend checking your Spam folder. The order confirmation email is essential for receiving subsequent emails regarding shipment and tracking information.

Concerns received beyond this timeframe may not be accepted.

  3. In the unlikely event that the shipment may be returned to the origin due to incomplete / Wrong address of the consignee, Customer refused to accept. Then we may refund only the product cost, Shipping charges (Approx. 20% of the paid amount) are non-refundable.

  4. Rarely, delivery may be delayed due to:
